Indian Hills Homeowners Association
Indian Hills is an eighty-eight home site subdivision with common areas and a Homeowners Association. All lots are built out except four. Here you can view and review the covenants and the rules and regulations for our neighborhood.
Dues for the Association are $170.00/year, due on January 1st. The dues will help pay for common area maintenance and improvements. Dues are payable on the first day of the New Year and are late 60 days later.

Dear Community Members, As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic and the State’s response have impacted day-to-day business considerably but we are working hard to ensure basic needs are met in each community. Landscapers and other contractors are temporarily suspended from performing regular maintenance so we’re working closely with your Association’s vendors to monitor and develop maintenance contingencies for various scenarios. Irrigation programming and mowing are among our top priorities due to the recent sunshine. As the situation unfolds, we will continue to take the next indicated step to protect your common areas. As a reminder, all common area clubhouses, playground equipment, and basketball courts (etc.) are closed per health official guidelines. A notice will be distributed when these facilities become available for use. Residents that suspect a violation of these health official guidelines are encouraged to report the incident to crime check.
